Lovely hotel right in town. Good hotel just off the main square and everything within walking distance. The rooms were modern and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The spa facilities in the basement were free, although not open all day. Free coffee and tea available in reception.

A place to stay in Tartu. Well located, great hotel. Excellent hotel in the heart of town. Everything is cosy, clean and well equipped. The rooms are just great. We were staying in the simplest room, and even this was very specious and convenient. Spa is nice. Peaceful, small but good pool to relax and several saunas. Will stay again

Best overall place to stay in Tartu. Great central location. Breakfast had everything including make to order eggs any which way. The spa was free and very relaxing. Only 2 other people using it. Therefore private. Front desk was extremely helpful. Many restaurants walking distance. Their in-house Michelin restaurant was used on those rainy days. Very handy. Excellent presentation and food

Perfect place to stay in Tartu Nice noutique hotel next to Townhall and Toomemäe, Pirogov park. Superb breakfast, great service. Spa facilities, comfy bed, restaurant Hõlm, great views. Liked the big design photos on the wall, complimentary still water ang jelly candies, hot drinks in the lobby.
